Hello!
If you came here from our video thank you, we know it was ridiculous but we also have some delicious recipes. We did not include snacks but we have three meals to share
Breakfast → Fruit Oatmeal
1:2 ratio oatmeal to water or plant-based milk
Add chopped up apples and dates for natural sweetness
Add cinnamon to taste
Heat on stove
Take off the stove when it has reached the consistency you prefer
Garnish with dried fruit and any toppings of choice!
Lunch→ vegan BLT
Note we used cabbage instead of lettuce, tofu for bacon, and tomatoes for tomatoes
Put bread in the toaster
Slice a sandwich-sized piece of tofu
Dump some soy sauce on tofu
If using cabbage instead of lettuce steam it is softer in the sandwich
Add tofu slice to the pan with a tbsp of oil
Season with garlic, pepper, salt or whatever spices you prefer
Flip after a few minutes, trying to fry up each side of tofu
Put vegan mayo on bread
Remove tofu from heat and assemble
Dinner→ Peanut rice noodles
Cook rice noodles according to instruction on the package
Thaw and cook broccoli/ cauliflower, or a frozen vegetable mix of choice
Chopp up cabbage and add to veggies
Season with garlic, onions, chili flakes, salt, and anything else you like
USE SESAME OIL because it is delicious
Add peanut sauce to veggies, store-bought or homemade

Combine saucy veggies with plain noodles
Mix and add extra sauce or seasoning to taste
